Zoho CRM Overview: Understanding the CRM Modules

My name is Keitha Freeman, Zoho CRM Certified Partner and I am excited to be your instructor for this course.

My background is in technology and I worked in corporate America for 16 years before I started my company, SuccessFULL Solutions. While working as a developer, I had a strong interest in automation. I would automate everything I could get my hands on and I loved the challenge of seeing how much time I could save myself and the teams I worked with.

My journey with Zoho started in 2015 when I was looking for a tool to help my husband manage real estate leads but also track direct mail sent to those leads. I explored a few options before stumbling upon Zoho. They offered a free trial so I created an account and began exploring. A few days later, I had customized an entire CRM, saving my husband 3-4 hours per day on tedious and time-consuming tasks. The CRM was automatically handling much of the work. My husband was impressed and I was geeking out.

I was amazed at what Zoho could do. It seemed that every few weeks, Zoho was introducing new features or tools to its’ users. There was so much to learn and I wanted to learn everything I possibly could. I found the platform to be intriguing and addictive. Before long, I’d become a Zoholic.

I started as a freelancer, customizing Zoho for other entrepreneurs all over the U.S. and streamlining their processes. I enjoyed it so much that I became a Zoho Partner in 2017 and SuccessFULL Solutions was born.

My favorite thing about Zoho is their bundled product, Zoho One. Zoho One is the most remarkable, intuitive and versatile operating system I’ve ever seen. It has over 40 applications and I’ve customized and explored almost every single one of them.

My goal for this course is to teach you what I know about Zoho CRM. By the time you’ve completed this course, you should be able to:
