The students will become familiar with the characteristics of learners of different ages from elementary, high school, and adults. In addition, the students should become familiar with the learning styles of learners of different ages in the elementary and high school.
The course will discuss the characteristics and learning styles of elementary, secondary and adult learners. Next, it will discuss the curriculum offered in the elementary and secondary schools. And thirdly, the course will discuss the role of the teacher in the classroom and how the teacher can operate in the classroom to educate and motivate learners.
