Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a web application that sits on top of the Microsoft Technology stack and includes a variety of other servers and roles – Active directory, SQL Server, Exchange Server, and SharePoint Server to name a few. CRM is a business application that embraces end user customization and can change rapidly in response to business needs. These customization’s are deployed via a Solution file.
This course will give you a foundation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administration and provide you with the information you need to handle the day-to-day administrative details. Each Solution will have its specific needs and each organization will have it’s own way of handling it. While a CRM Administrator’s role can vary widely from one organization to the next, this course focuses on the key areas that are common to all solutions.
