This course shows you how to create a Google Form and when the form is completed by a user will email you a PDF.

The course is about 40 minutes, so you could have your form online in about an hour, if you already have written your form.

Looking to improve Time Management or Organization? Online forms to emailed PDF might be the solution you’re looking for… especially if your form needs to be seen by several people.

I have used online forms for Volunteers Forms, Certificates, Waivers, Training, Internship Applications, Contracts, and Surveys, however, it could be used for any use of a Google Form.

If you want to save time and keep those stacks of paper at bay, then buy this course to automate all those forms.

This course is presented by Lisa McTigue, Digital Lead, Market Style Media.

Make your template document

1
Creating the Google Doc Template

Once you start testing the template you might have to play with the formatting to get the pages to nicely export to a PDF. I don't know why Google Docs don't export perfectly to PDF, so it is something that you will have to play with until you get it right.

Definitely! If you have an internet connection, courses on Udemy are available on any device at any time. If you don't have an internet connection, some instructors also let their students download course lectures. That's up to the instructor though, so make sure you get on their good side!
